Privacy Policy
1. Data we collect
Identifiers: name, email, IP, device, browser. Commercial: orders, SKU, amount, refunds, disputes, Stripe IDs. Internet: pages, clicks, affiliate codes if present, conversion. Messages you send on the contact form.
We do not ask for seed phrases, bank passwords, or full card numbers on our forms. Cards go to Stripe. We do not require a site password. File delivery uses the Stripe checkout session.
2. Sources
You. Your browser. Stripe. AWeber if you opt in. Hosting. LaunchDock. IsYourTrafficReal. Optional Google sign-in if you use a leftover login route (not required to buy or download).
3. Use
To run the Services, take payment, deliver files, prevent fraud, send mail you joined, send transactional mail (receipt, download help), keep books, and comply with law.
4. Legal bases
Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies: contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud, basic analytics), consent where required for marketing email and non-essential cookies, and legal obligation (tax, disputes).
5. Email
If you opt in, you may get VendorButton marketing email. Unsubscribe is in the mail. Transactional mail may still send after you unsubscribe from marketing. We do not sell your email as a list to random vendors.
6. Processors
Stripe (payments). AWeber (list). VPS host. LaunchDock (click tracking). IsYourTrafficReal (traffic quality). Google only if you sign in. Each gets what that job needs.
7. Cookies and pixels
Sales and opt-in pages may use cookies and pixels so we can see if a click sold (clk, LaunchDock, IsYourTrafficReal). Browser controls can block some cookies. If they do, checkout may still work; tracking may not.
8. Retention
Orders, tax, and support records: as long as law requires, often years. Marketing email: until unsubscribe plus a suppression record. Logs: shorter unless an investigation.
9. Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. Some US state laws treat ad pixels as “sharing.” Where those laws apply, we will honor required opt-outs. Email support@fivetoclose.cloud or use the contact form.
10. Your rights
Depending on place: access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object, appeal a denial, withdraw consent. We will not discriminate for exercising rights. We may need to verify you. We cannot delete records we must keep for tax or disputes.
11. Children
Not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect from them. If we learn we did, we delete.
12. International
US servers. If you are abroad, you instruct us to process in the United States.
13. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method is perfect. Keep the thank-you URL to yourself. Anyone with the live Stripe session link can download the files.
14. Breach
If we are required to notify you of a breach, we will use the email we have, on the timeline the law requires.
15. Changes
We will post a revised policy with a new date. Material changes will apply going forward.
