VendorButton Advantage · FiveToClose
Terms of Service
Effective September 11, 2026 · Updated September 11, 2026
1. Who these terms cover
These terms govern VendorButton Advantage, operated under the FiveToClose name (“we,” “us”), and your use of its dashboard, scripts, and recommendation network. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you register. You accept the terms at checkout. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Network Rules also apply.
2. Your account and access
Use Google sign-in with an email you control. Each account has its own sites and offers. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and authorizing people who use it. Membership belongs to the purchasing account and may not be resold, shared as a public login, or transferred without our agreement. We may require proof of control over a site before activating it.
3. Price and lifetime membership
The founding price is $19 USD paid once through Stripe. There is no recurring membership charge. Your founding account includes up to five verified sites and 200 offers. Lifetime means the operating life of VendorButton Advantage, not your personal lifetime or a promise that the service will operate forever. Membership continues while the service operates and your account complies with these terms. We will not convert this purchase to a subscription or bill for an optional upgrade without your explicit agreement.
We may change pricing for future buyers. That does not create a recurring fee for an existing founding membership. Reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits apply; ordinary use is not subject to a hidden per-click bill. If usage threatens service availability, we may rate-limit requests or ask you to reduce abusive traffic. Optional new products are not automatically included. If we permanently discontinue the core service, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable, allow export of your site and offer records, and honor applicable refund rights. We do not promise continued operation of third-party services.
4. What recommendations mean
Your eligible active offers across your verified sites are considered first. Matching currently uses configured niche tags and priority; it is not behavioral profiling or a claim that artificial intelligence has assessed the visitor. If none of your offers qualify and you enable network fallback, another active vendor’s matching offer may appear. If no offer qualifies, the widget displays nothing. Rotation and placement can vary. No vendor is entitled to a fixed share of traffic or a particular position.
Membership does not guarantee impressions, visitors, leads, purchases, search rankings, commissions, or profit. Counts are observed technical events, not audited unique people or verified sales. Network size and participation change. You retain responsibility for your own promotion.
5. Your offers and purchases
You retain ownership of your product information. You grant us a nonexclusive license to store, format, and display the content and links you submit to operate your chosen recommendations, including network placements you enable. You must own or have permission to use that content. You may pause or remove offers. We may remove unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or infringing material.
Purchases made after clicking an offer are with the destination seller, under that seller’s terms. VendorButton does not fulfill those products, process their refunds, or guarantee their quality. Affiliate commissions, if any, are governed by a separate agreement with the destination vendor or affiliate provider. Membership alone creates no commission entitlement.
6. Installation and lawful use
Install scripts only on sites you control and in accordance with your host’s rules. Use confirmed purchase-success pages for the standard embed. App integrations must wait for a server-confirmed payment event. Do not use an unverified URL parameter as payment evidence. Provide legally required notices, disclosures, and choices on your sites. Do not send us payment-card data, passwords, sensitive personal data, or unnecessary customer details.
7. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may update features, resolve defects, or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance and security. We may suspend harmful offers or accounts for fraud, nonpayment, a reversed payment, prohibited content, abuse, or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow correction or appeal. A suspension does not waive rights you have under applicable law. We may not use a minor policy change merely to impose a new recurring membership fee.
8. Responsibility and limits
We provide the service with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we disclaim implied warranties not expressly required by law. Neither party is liable to the other for unforeseeable indirect loss. To the extent legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from this membership is limited to the membership fees you paid. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or statutory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your own unlawful content or conduct; this does not excuse our own legal obligations.
9. Changes and disputes
We will publish a revision date and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service or account contact where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or introduce automatic recurring billing. Please contact us first to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory consumer laws and the courts with lawful jurisdiction remain available; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
